Room privacy needs serious improvement!!! A plunge pool should not be visible from the main walkway where guests are constantly passing by. Some privacy guidelines would make for a better experience!!!

The cenote was a amazing highlight, perfect for swimming and relaxation. Our Junior Suite was spacious with a private jacuzzi.

The cenote was the highlight of our experience, offering a stunning setting for relaxation and swimming. Breakfast was another pleasure, featuring fresh juices and attentive service from our favorite waiter, Erick. Although we enjoyed our Junior Suite with a private pool, the cleaning could have been more thorough, particularly for the pool area. Location-wise, it was fantastic for accessing nearby restaurants and beach clubs, making it easy to explore the surroundings.

We enjoyed our stay in the Junior Suite with a Private Pool. The jungle ambiance was stunning, and the cenote was a unique feature for an afternoon dip. However, service expectations need to be addressed, particularly during breakfast. Fresh fruit and local specialties were highlights!

My stay at this hotel in tulum exceeded all my expectations. The beautiful cenote and fine jungle surroundings made for a perfect getaway. Especially my butler, were attentive.

The staff was amazing! They gave us a complimentary bottle of champagne when we arrived for our anniversary and remembered our names, made us feel special all stay long.

It was not inexpensive but it was worth the money for the experience.

We had a fantastic time at this beautiful hotel. The cenote was definitely the highlight, offering a serene place to relax and enjoy the stunning natural beauty. Our room was spacious and featured a private plunge pool, making our stay feel extra special. The breakfast was outstanding, especially thanks to our favorite waiter, Erick, who provided top-notch service every morning. However, I wished there were more local dining options available nearby.

Staying at Shibari, Restaurant & Cenote Club felt luxurious. The room was spacious and clean with great bedding and a stunning design. The cenote was incredible, offering a unique experience to swim among fish. The grounds were well-maintained, and I appreciated the outdoor lighting that created a magical atmosphere. The breakfast options were delicious, adding to the overall pleasantness of my stay. However, the menu choices in the restaurant were limited, and prices felt steep, common for the hotel zone. I encountered a disappointing view from my room, overlooking broken structures nearby instead of a beautiful landscape. I hope the hotel can improve on this by working with the neighbors. Overall, the stay was enjoyable, but these areas for improvement could enhance the experience significantly.
